Lunch (Tuesday-Thursday)

Cancellation terms and conditions

* Cancellation of conference registration must be made in writing to the [email protected]

* Cancellations requested before to 15 April 2024 will be eligible for a return of the sum paid, less a 15% management fee.

* Cancellations requested after 15 April 2024 will not be refunded.

VISA Information

Please note that we are not able to arrange visas for participants. We advise all participants to check whether or not a visa is required.

If you are likely to need a visa, we recommend that you make your application as soon as possible. To help you, once you have registered and paid to attend, we can issue a letter which confirms that you have registered and paid to participate in the conference.
