ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Abstracts format must be sent in a WORD file (.doc or docx) to [email protected] . The abstract template can be found here (template).
PRESENTATION GUIDE
Plenary lectures will last 40 minutes, including questions.
Invited lectures will last 25 minutes, including questions.
Oral presentations will last 15 minutes, including questions.
Presentations must be uploaded prior to the start of the morning session.
Posters should be 90 cm width x 110 cm height.
The necessary supplies to adhere poster to the board will be provided.
Please keep in mind that it is your obligation to remove your poster by the poster take down time. Any posters that remain beyond the take down time will be removed and discarded by the organizers.
